Registration Deadline
Participation registration deadline. Confirmation of registration will be sent within 24 hours. Companies will receive an invoice via email (if applicable). Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt. Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting a BCG representative.
MAY 28, 2021Email Upload Portal Launch
A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. The deadline to upload the file containing the email addresses is JUN 4. Companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal (online employee survey option only).
JUN 2, 2021Additional Services Deadline
Deadline to submit all employee survey customization requests, request alternate language surveys and request to survey additional employees (beyond the random sample or outside of Maine).
JUN 2, 2021Email Upload Portal Deadline
Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses (online employee survey option only).
JUN 4, 2021Employer Benefits & Policies Questionnaire Sent
A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.
